Acceptance of the terms

By using this website, the contact form or the demo version, you confirm that you understand the purpose of On Air Studio and that you will use it in line with the applicable regulations and broadcasting rules.

Purpose of the software

On Air Studio is radio automation software for organising audio content, playout, scheduling, ad breaks, cue monitoring and streaming. It does not replace a station’s legal duties towards authors, regulators or streaming providers.

Use of the demo

The demo version is intended for testing in real conditions and may be time limited. Before buying, the user is responsible for checking that the software suits their hardware, audio devices, way of working and streaming server.

Licence

A licence grants the right to use the software under the agreed terms. Unauthorised copying, resale, sharing of a licence or attempts to bypass the activation are prohibited.

Responsibility of the user

The user is responsible for the audio files, copyright, the broadcast schedule, the streaming server credentials, backups and the proper setup of the system in their studio.

Support and changes

Support is provided according to availability and the agreed plan. The website, prices, descriptions of features and the software may be updated to improve stability, security and the user experience.

Limitation of liability

The software is used at the user’s own responsibility. Before production use, test it in the same conditions in which it will be used, especially the audio devices, the stream server and the broadcast schedule.
