Data you send
When you send a message through the contact form, open a support ticket or create an account, the website receives the data you enter: name, e-mail, phone, radio station name, subject and message. This data is used only to reply, to provide support and to manage your account.
Customer account
For an account we keep your name, e-mail, station name and the language of the site. The password is stored only as a one-way hash (Argon2id or bcrypt) and nobody can read it. An account that has not been confirmed by e-mail is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Technical data
To protect against abuse, the IP address is not stored in its original form: a one-way (hashed) record is used, and a shortened address in system logs and at sign-in. Visit statistics record the page, language, device type and source of the visit together with an anonymous identifier that changes every day.
Downloads
When a file is downloaded, the time, the file, the language and the device type are recorded together with a one-way record of the visitor, so that unique downloads can be counted. This record does not reveal who downloaded the file.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is set only when you sign in to your account. Your browser stores locally the player volume and whether you have hidden the demo player.
E-mail communication
Messages from the website are kept in the administration and forwarded to the support e-mail so that we can reply. The website also sends system messages: e-mail address confirmation, a link for a new password and notifications about tickets.
Sharing and retention of data
Data is not sold or shared with advertisers. Contact data is kept as long as needed for communication, support, licensing and the records of the business relationship, unless the law requires otherwise. Individual visit records are kept for a limited time, after which only totals remain.
Your rights and contact
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data through the contact form or by e-mail, unless there is a legal or business basis for keeping it.
